In using any portion of TrendCatch SP or TrendCatch FX you agree to the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the service as described in our disclaimer below. If you have a TrendCatch subscription, the recommendations are for your personal use and you may not disseminate the recommendations to others. While there is a potential for profits there is also a risk of loss. A loss incurred in connection with trading futures contracts can be significant. A TrendCatch SP subscription provides daily information about the short-term TREND Changes for SP 500 future contracts. The TrendCatch FX subscription provides daily information about the short-term TREND Changes for the currency pairs EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF, AUD/USD. The recommendations are based on our system's proprietary analysis of market trends. Futures, options and Forex (off-exchange foreign currency futures and options, or "FX") trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of futures and Forex may fluctuate, and, as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment. If you are a subscriber, you may download, display and print one copy of such materials on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use. Except for such uses or as otherwise permitted by U.S. copyright law or as approved in writing by TrendCatch you may not copy, republish, upload, transmit or distribute the TrendCatch software or any part of the TrendCatch software content we send or make available to you.
